I was intending to give 3 stars but how they no interest to reply re 'faulty feature', warranty and extra electrode pad so I changed my mind, downgrade to 1 star. They're the seller, why refer back to Amazon? I won't buy anything agsin from this seller. I also ask how much it cost extra electrode pad and received no advise. I reported plasma feature not working and received no advise. However, I wrote to seller to ask re warranty but received no advise. If activated body, the slimming belt won't work well when you have electrode pad on. Meaning, if activated for sole function, body function doesn't work. Tested, everything is working except the function call plasma is not working.
